Colour. Intense deep cherry red. Nose. Cooking spices (Cinnamon, cumin, vanilla) gives way to more intense aromas of black and red fruits. Hints of clean leathers, toffee, cocoa, mineral. Palate. Velvety smooth, elegant to begin with then it opens up into a well balanced structure of ripe tannins and flavour profile similar to its nose with added tobacco. Recommended consumption up to 6-7 years from vintage.
